Obtain "Event Request ID#" before submitting online catering orders
Normal catering orders require 24 to 48 hours lead time(after the ERID# provided) before the events delivery dates.
Special Catering orders require 72 hours or more lead time(case by case) before the events delivery dates
Incomplete payment method information may lead to delay of the catering delivery or cancellation of the catering order.
Minimum 24 hours early notice for normal catering order change or cancellation; 48 hours ahead for the special catering order change or cancellation.
Order payments will be collected within 7 days after delivery of the orders.
Any Event before 8 am (delivery time) or after 3 pm(pickup time), a minimum of 2 hours Off-The-Hour Service Charge($60 per hour) will be applied if that service hours are less than 2 hours, and additional $68 per hour after that.
No Catering order with pickup time after 6 pm will be accepted unless with a special approval from the Bon Appetit onsite Catering Management Team.
